Cheetah Clean Auto Wash

We had to come back to the wash because of an item that had spilled on the road and had completely contaminated the undercarriage. The first time through didn’t get it all so we came back, the entire team at cheetah clean was professional, courteous, responsive. Customer satisfaction is a lost Art, but your team went up and up and above and beyond to make sure that we were happy so kudos to them and kudos to the management of cheetah clean

Honest review - This has been by far the best car wash service I ever had. When I arrived I asked Jimmy, the older gentleman some questions about my truck being washed and some concerns. He promised me he would help me put some goo be gone to get all the bugs off. I went through and they washed my car mats, then he approached and spent around 20 minutes shining my tires and applying goo be gone. So satisfied and we need more people like Jimmy in this world. Thank you sir.

I always use the location on Frederica Street Owensboro, because I mainly like Jimmy. He’s the oldest one at this location and he sincerely cares about the job he’s doing on the vehicles. I’ve seen him ask the other employee that’s working with him to do more to get bugs off or places that need more attention before sending the car on thru. On top of all that he’s just a nice man who really wants the customer to be satisfied. Thank You for having surveys like this because he definitely deserves good comments.

I went for the promotional free wash, and let me tell you what this place was fancy! They did a heckuva job, cleaning the car getting all of the bugs off. And then the free vacuums were incredible! Definitely, I’m considering buying the monthly pass, because the way that my car looked after that and then the facility is a whole was just excellent. the staff was super friendly and did a great job of explaining how the process works to people that have never been there before. All in all just a great experience for a car wash.
